All communications between you and your spiritual counselor, whether conducted online or in person, are considered confidential. This includes, but is not limited to:
Personal discussions during sessions.
Any written, electronic, or verbal information shared.
Records of appointments and session notes.
We will not disclose any information about you or the content of your sessions without your explicit written consent.
Legal and Ethical Exceptions to Confidentiality
While we are dedicated to protecting your privacy, there are specific circumstances under which we may be legally or ethically obligated to break confidentiality:
Imminent Harm: If you express intentions to harm yourself or others, we may need to notify appropriate authorities to ensure safety.
Abuse or Neglect: If there is reasonable suspicion or disclosure of abuse or neglect of a minor, elderly, or dependent adult, we are mandated to report this information to the relevant authorities.
Legal Requirements: In the event of a court order or subpoena, we may be compelled to disclose information as required by law.

If you participate in group sessions or workshops, please be aware that while we emphasize the importance of confidentiality, we cannot guarantee that all participants will adhere to these principles. We encourage all group members to respect the privacy of others and to refrain from sharing information disclosed during group activities.
Record Keeping and Data Protection
We maintain records of our sessions to assist in providing you with quality spiritual guidance. These records are securely stored and access is limited to authorized personnel only. We employ appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Your Rights
As a participant in our spiritual guidance services, you have the right to:
Access and review your records upon request.
Request amendments to any information you believe is inaccurate.
Withdraw consent for us to use or share your information, understanding that this may impact our ability to provide certain services.
